Refund Policy

Understanding our refund process and your rights as a customer.

At Avalift, we strive to provide exceptional chauffeur services to our valued customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and the process for obtaining them.

1. Order Cancellation and Refund Timing

In case of order cancellation, your refund will proceed within 10 business days from the submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.

2. Refund Process

The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and the issuing bank. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

  • We will refund the full amount of the product canceled, but please note that the customer's bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
  • If the company does not get a response from the customer within a week, the order will be automatically canceled.

3. Credit Card Refunds

If we refund by credit card, we will only refund the amount we received, and any bank charges will be borne by the customer.

4. Cash Payment Refunds

Refunds will only be provided through a bank transfer. In the case of cash payments, the customer will need to provide their bank details to receive the refund.

5. Service Quality Guarantee

In the event that a driver does not reach the designated location on time or if the service provided is deemed inappropriate, Avalift will be responsible for issuing a full refund to the customer, provided that the payment for services was made upfront.

Upon successful completion of your payment, you can expect the following:

Confirmation Method

A detailed payment confirmation will be sent to your registered email address.

Processing Time

You will receive the confirmation within 24 hours of payment receipt.

Payment Details

The confirmation will include a breakdown of the amount paid, payment method, and any applicable taxes or fees.
