Cancellation Policy
Understanding our booking cancellation terms and procedures.
Effective Date: January 1, 2024
At Avalift, we aim to provide exceptional services. Below are the terms and conditions for canceling ride orders:
1. Cancellation of Ride Orders
Cancellation Timeframe:
Customers can cancel their ride order within 5 minutes of placing the request without any charge.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellation requests made after 5 minutes will incur a standard AED 20 cancellation fee.
Driver Arrival Cancellation:
If the driver arrives at the designated location and the customer decides to cancel the service, a cancellation fee of AED 20 will apply.
2. Cancellation of Services
Cancellation Window:
Customers can cancel services ordered within 24 hours of the request.
Refunds:
Refunds for canceled services will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
